Counter-Depth French Door
The fresh food section was creeping up overnight while the freezer stayed rock solid.
The evaporator fan motor had seized, so cold air was no longer reaching the fresh food compartment.
Replaced the evaporator fan motor and cleared frost off the coil. Back to temperature within the hour.
Front Load Perfect Steam
The machine filled and washed, then stopped with water still sitting in the drum.
A coin and a hairpin were jammed in the drain pump impeller, and the motor had burnt out running against them.
Replaced the drain pump, cleared the filter housing and ran a full cycle. Drained clean on the first pass.
24 inch Built-In, IQ-Touch
Dishes were coming out with a gritty film and the upper rack was barely getting wet.
The SatelliteSpray arm had a cracked hub, so it bled pressure instead of spinning, and the filter was packed solid.
Fitted a new spray arm assembly, cleaned the filter and sump, then ran a hot test cycle.
