36 inch Pro Harmony Dual Fuel
Two of the six Star Burners clicked away but never caught, and the rest were fine.
Both spark electrodes were carboned over and one igniter module output had dropped, so neither burner was getting a reliable spark.
Cleaned and reseated the electrodes, replaced the igniter module, then confirmed ignition on all six burners.
Freedom Built-in French Door
The fridge side was drifting warm while the bottom freezer stayed at temperature.
The damper control had stuck shut, so chilled air was no longer being fed from the freezer compartment into the fresh food section.
Replaced the damper assembly and reset the control board. Held steady at temperature on the follow-up check.
Emerald Series, Fully Integrated
Cycle ran to the end but the tub was still half full of dirty water.
The drain pump had failed and the check valve was gummed up with grease, so what little water moved was flowing straight back in.
Fitted a new drain pump, cleaned the sump and check valve, and ran a full hot cycle to confirm it emptied.
